Pages capture intent, never mix axes

Product-type hubs and intent hubs (use-case, geo, industry) are independent dimensions. Putting a use-case page under a product collection cannibalizes the collection's topical focus. Hub-and-spoke always, money page one click away.

Check the live sitemap first

Never design architecture in a vacuum. And zero-volume groupings do not get URLs: if a category term has no search volume, it lives in the navigation menu only.

Consolidation beats volume

32 thin overlapping posts merged into 9 focused posts with 301 redirects from every retired URL outperforms the sprawl. Redirect first, archive only after redirects are live. Preserve slugs that already rank.

Publishing discipline

Draft in files on disk, publish through the CMS API, verify on staging before production. After publishing: refresh the sitemap in GSC, request indexing, and log the URL against its keyword so the dedup system knows it shipped.
